Air conditioning in the UAE is not a luxury for a few hot weeks. It runs for most of the year, often around the clock in summer, and a system that is poorly sized, badly installed or rarely serviced shows it quickly through warm rooms, water leaks and rising electricity bills.

Our air conditioning services
AC installation and supply
New systems for new builds, renovations and rooms without cooling, plus supply of the unit if you need one. Correct installation covers capacity sizing, insulated copper pipework, a properly falling drain, pressure testing and vacuuming before the refrigerant is released. See AC installation.
AC repair
Diagnosis and repair when a system stops cooling, leaks water, trips the electricity, makes unusual noises or shows an error code. We find the actual cause, such as a refrigerant leak, failed capacitor, faulty fan motor or blocked drain, rather than simply topping up gas. See AC repair.
AC maintenance and servicing
Scheduled cleaning and checks that keep a system efficient and reduce breakdowns: filters, coils, drain lines, electrical connections and operating pressures. See AC maintenance.
Annual maintenance contracts

Air conditioning systems we work on
Split systems. A wall-mounted indoor unit connected to an outdoor condensing unit. They are the most common system in UAE apartments and in individual villa rooms.
Inverter splits. These adjust compressor speed to demand rather than cycling fully on and off. They are generally more economical where AC runs for long hours.
Ducted (concealed) systems. The indoor unit sits above a false ceiling and serves one or more rooms through ducts and grilles. Common in villas and offices.
Central and multi-zone systems. Larger systems serving a whole villa or floor, including VRF/VRV systems, where one outdoor unit serves many indoor units with individual control.
Window and through-wall units. Still found in older buildings. These are usually repaired or replaced like for like.

Why UAE conditions are hard on air conditioning
Three things shorten AC life here more than elsewhere.
Heat. Outdoor units reject heat into air that can exceed 45°C in summer. The hotter the air, the harder the compressor works and the higher the pressures it runs at. Outdoor units placed in enclosed corners or behind screens with little airflow suffer most.
Dust and sand. Fine dust clogs filters and coats the coils, reducing airflow and heat transfer. A dirty outdoor coil on a summer afternoon can push a system to its limits.
Humidity. Coastal humidity means indoor units remove a lot of moisture. A partly blocked drain line soon overflows, and damp, dusty coils encourage musty smells.
These are the reasons regular maintenance matters more in the UAE than in milder climates. They also explain why correct sizing and outdoor unit placement at installation make such a difference.

- the type of system (wall split, ducted, window) and roughly how old it is
- the brand and model from the label on the indoor unit, if visible
- how many units you have and which ones are affected

Frequently asked questions
How often should my AC be serviced?
In UAE conditions, many owners have a full service at least twice a year, ideally including one before summer, with filters cleaned more often. Heavy use, pets and nearby construction dust all shorten the interval.
Is it worth repairing an old AC?
It depends on the fault and the unit. Capacitors, fan motors, sensors and drain problems are usually worth fixing. A failed compressor in an old R22 unit is often the point where replacement makes more sense.
Why is my AC running but the room is still warm?
Common causes are dirty filters or coils, low refrigerant from a leak, a failing compressor or fan, or a unit too small for the room.
Can you service all the AC units in a villa in one visit?
Yes. Tell us how many units you have and their locations so we can allow enough time.
Do you work in tower apartments?
Yes. Outdoor units in towers are often on balconies or in plant areas, and access must be arranged with building management.
Can you take over servicing from another company?
Yes. Share any previous service reports you have; otherwise, the first visit includes a full inspection to establish each unit’s condition.
Do you work on commercial premises?
Yes, for offices, shops and similar light commercial spaces. Larger systems are assessed case by case.
