Plumbing problems rarely stay small. A dripping mixer wastes water every hour, a slow drain becomes a blocked one, and a hidden leak behind tiles can damage walls, ceilings and the flat below before anyone notices. Fixing the cause properly the first time costs less than coming back to the same fault.

We provide plumbing repairs, installation and maintenance for apartments, villas, offices and shops in Dubai and across all seven emirates. This page outlines each service and helps you choose the right one.

How water reaches your taps in a UAE building
Many UAE properties do not run directly off mains pressure. In a typical villa, mains water fills a ground or underground tank. A transfer pump lifts it to a roof tank, and water then reaches the taps by gravity or through a booster pump. Apartment buildings use larger versions of the same idea, with central tanks and pump rooms.
This affects how plumbing problems show up:
- A leak anywhere in the system can keep the pump running or make the roof tank empty faster than usual.
- Low pressure may be a pump or tank problem rather than a pipe problem.
- Hot water usually comes from electric storage heaters in each bathroom or kitchen, or from a solar system on the roof.
- Scale can build up in heaters, mixers and shower heads, depending on the water supply.
Understanding the layout of your building’s system is often the quickest route to the cause. If the problem lies with the pumps rather than the pipes, our water pump team can help.
Villa and apartment plumbing
Villas have their own tanks, pumps, water heaters, external drainage, manholes and often garden irrigation connections. The owner or tenant is usually responsible for the whole system, so problems can range from a dripping tap to a blocked external drain line or a failed booster pump.

Apartments share risers, drainage stacks and pump rooms with the rest of the building. Work inside the apartment is usually the occupant’s or landlord’s responsibility, while shared pipework belongs to building management. When a leak affects a neighbouring flat, establishing where it starts matters for deciding who fixes it. Building management may also require notice before work begins.
We will tell you clearly if a problem appears to lie in a shared system that building management should handle.
Installation and renovation plumbing
Alongside repairs, we install and replace plumbing as part of kitchen and bathroom upgrades and renovations: supply and drainage pipework, sanitary ware, mixers and showers, water heaters and connections for appliances. Good installation work means correct pipe sizing, pressure testing before walls are closed, adequate drainage falls, and access to valves you may need later.
How we work
- Describe the problem by phone, WhatsApp or the form, with photos or a short video.
- Inspection. A plumber checks the fault and its likely cause.
- Quote before work. You are told what is needed and what it costs before work starts.
- Repair or installation, followed by testing for leaks and correct flow.
- Advice. We explain what we found and anything to watch.
Diagnosis and service charges depend on the issue and the work needed, and are confirmed with you before any repair starts. Our work carries a 1-month workmanship warranty.

We provide plumbing services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Our office is in Al Khabaisi, Dubai. Plumbing materials in UAE properties
Knowing what your pipes are made of helps explain how they fail.
- PPR (polypropylene) is the most common supply pipe in newer UAE buildings. Its joints are heat-fused, so leaks are rare when installed properly, but poorly fused joints can fail years later.
- Copper appears in some older and higher-specification properties. It lasts well but can corrode where water chemistry or poor joints allow it.
- Galvanised steel in older buildings corrodes from the inside, reducing flow and eventually leaking. It is usually replaced rather than repaired.
- uPVC is standard for drainage and waste pipes.
- Flexible braided hoses connect taps, toilets and appliances. They are convenient, but they age, and a burst hose under a sink can flood a kitchen quickly. Replacing old hoses is cheap insurance.
Preparing for a plumber’s visit
To make the visit efficient:
- know where your main water isolation valve is, and whether there are isolators for each bathroom
- clear access under sinks, around the toilet, and to any access panels
- tell us about building access rules and parking
- note when the problem started and whether anything changed beforehand, such as recent work or a pump replacement

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle both repairs and new installations?
Yes. We repair existing plumbing and install new pipework, fixtures and water heaters.
Can you fix a leak that is affecting my neighbour’s ceiling?
We can trace where it starts. If it comes from your apartment, we repair it; if it comes from shared pipework, we will tell you so building management can act.
Why is my water pressure low?
In UAE buildings, low pressure often points to the pump, a nearly empty roof tank, a blocked filter or a scaled mixer, rather than the pipes themselves.
Do you work on commercial premises?
Yes, including offices, shops and restaurants. Restaurant drainage with grease traps is assessed case by case.
Can I book regular plumbing checks?
Yes, as a one-off inspection or as part of an annual maintenance contract.
Should I know where my main water valve is?
Yes. If a pipe bursts, closing the main valve stops the flow while you wait for help. We can show you where it is during any visit.
Can you replace old galvanised pipes without retiling the whole bathroom?
Sometimes. New pipes can occasionally be rerouted through ceilings or surface ducts. Where pipes are embedded in walls, some tiles will need lifting, and we will explain the options before any work starts.
